When walking my Mastiff, she has a habit of jumping at everyone we meet. Some people are O.K. but some are not. It's very embarrassing, and I'm finding it really hard to restrain her (she's powerful). I've tried to distract her, but she is just so friendly to everyone. Unfortunately, a 7 stone Mastiff hurling itself at you does not go down too well!!! If I hear one more comment of "Who's taking who for a walk", I'll go mad!!! She's a lovely dog and I don't want to give up our walks - but I just can't hold her. If anyone is wondering, she's my son's dog, but I've been left to look after her! Any advice or suggestions gratefully received!!!!

My mastiff absolutely LOVES hard boiled eggs! She is quite a fussy eater, but the look of ecstasy on her face as she tucks in has to be seen to be believed! BUT......are too many eggs bad for her (as in us humans) or will it make no difference? She eats complete food/canned food as a meal, and I would hate to deprive her of her "treat"! Any info thankfully received.
