We are hoping to get another Westie next year - this time we would like a show quality bitch.
There is a breeder near by which is called Chinsam. Are they reputable??

Your best bet is to go through the breed clubs and ask if they're members who abide by the club's code of ethics. There are many breeders of cute but poor-quality, unhealthy, untypical (other than they're white) Westies, so you do need to be careful.
