Wasnt sure where to put this, thought this was the best place.

My sisters girl has just turnt one, she had her first season almost 4 months ago and is now back in season again.
Is this normal? Would it be best to take a trip to the vets?

she will probably settle into her own pattern after a couple of seasons, i wouldnt worry to much if she is otherwise well in herself :-)
Abbey you were one in a million, in our home for just 1 year but in our hearts a lifetime

Quite normal, several of my bitches have had 4 to 5 month season intervals (a real pain when entering for showing) but eventually settled into 6 to 7 month pattern.

Often these things run in the female line so worth asking the breeder what the pattern for Mum and sisters etc has been.
