Just an up date on Snoop to say went to the vet yesterday and now slowly weening him off his medicine.
She said that it all the trouble last week points to a neck injury.
I have brought a cage for him... god knows where it is going to go! At the moment I am letting him stay alone in the lounge and the younger 2 stay in the kitchen so he doesn't get pushed out of bed or they hurt him by snuggling up with him.
The relief I feel is amazing. I can not keep thinking that I was ready to have him pts on Thursday, not just that but hoping he will be OK once he is off the steroids and that rest will get him back to normal.

Aww brilliant news, my 15 year old was exactly the same a couple of years ago and that since was put down to a back/neck injury, i.e.  her daughter had jumped on her and caused some damage.  Took 3 months for her to be back to normal and she hasn't looked back since!

Great news about Snoop - I'm really pleased to hear he's on the mend I hope he continues to make a good recovery and that you have many more years with him.
