My bitch is getting little red spot-like things on her underside... some are quite big about the size of an index fingernail and some just like a spot that a person would get... the big ones seem to have a liquid inside

she had a litter late july so do you think its her hormones? She also had a tumor while carrying the pups (removed and benine thankfully) she is being scanned again next week so i will tell the vet, but its on her belly so i dont think theyd get a proper look without sedation.. should i worry?
