hi all new here, i have a major ANNOYING problem with our 2 yr old jack russell toby .. he constantly whines, he is happy and healthy and loves to play etc but whenever we go places and he knows where he is he will whine which will escalate to a loud shriek .. other times he will start when the post comes .. now a lot of it is excitement .. but he will constanly cry / whine when he cant have something he desperately wants (generally our kitten!) his constant cries ca drive you insane at times, we have tried taking his mind off things, and not get him excited, but nothing seems to work .. can someone please please help?
