Did anyone else read this very poignant article in yesterday's "Stella" magazine in the Sunday Telegraph? It's written by someone who was sexually assaulted at 12 years of age, and never told anyone. However, she relied on her dog to comfort her and protect her, but the dog then became aggressive towards men and sadly had to be pts. This lady felt that the dog had helped her to come to terms with her experience, but in the process had absorbed the fear and thus was herself destroyed. :-(

Can't find that though I've had a good look, but this one is well worth a look, and uplifting too
