I responded very politley to a complaint from a guest about a membership being denied. Now the entire topic has been removed. Is this because Champdogs do not want people to know of there ethics? Customer service? I do think the guest had a valid point about the admin staff and I support her complaint because this happened to a few people I know as well.

I would like to see changes to denied memberships and hopefully Champdogs will allow some sort of recourse for these types of members who are being denied without reason. Which of course would be good customer service practise
